Project Development
Developing a renewable power or other type of energy project, whether it is a major utility-scale, grid-connected venture, or a smaller-scale undertaking to provide power to one or more commercial entities can be complex. Multiple processes and workflows are involved, many of which need to operate simultaneously.
Our team has the knowledge and depth of experience to ensure that all angles of the project are properly covered. We develop energy projects for our clients on an agreed cost basis, or at our cost (on balance sheet) on a shared savings basis or with a power purchase agreement (PPA) in place.
We manage and lead all aspects of the energy project developments, including:
- Identifying the optimal site location
- Resource studies
- Regulatory approvals and permit applications

Engineering, Procurement, and Construction
Taking on the construction and commissioning of a renewable power plant or other energy-related infrastructural development can be complex and risky, especially if this is not your core area of competency.
We will manage all aspects of the development on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis and deliver a turnkey project at the end of the process – leaving you free to focus on running your business while we handle everything related to the development.
We undertake our own Engineering, Procurement, and Construction for projects below 10MW. For projects above 10MW, we outsource the EPC, but our team fully manages and takes responsibility for controlling the activities of subcontractors – ensuring a hassle-free project for you.

Advisory and Sustainability Consulting
For sustainability plans and strategies to gain support among the various stakeholders and those in leadership roles, they must make business sense as well as have clear environmental benefits.
Our business was born out of the advisory practice so this is an area we maintain a keen interest in. We assist clients to develop their energy strategies, raise capital for power generation and other energy-related projects, assist with preparing bids for energy tenders, and advise our clients on how to reduce their overall carbon footprint.

Operations and Maintenance
To get the most out of your renewable power generating equipment, in production and value terms, you need to make sure it is maintained.
Although solar PV panels, and related equipment, require relatively little maintenance compared to the equipment used in traditional power generation, they still need to be taken care of to achieve peak performance and yield.
The equipment used in other forms of renewable energy generation (e.g., wind and hydro power) often have higher, and specific, maintenance requirements.
We offer Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services are available for all sites and installations that we develop, and for existing or newly developed third-party sites on a contract basis.
