6.1. We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.

6.3. Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.
6.4. You are responsible for keeping your password and User details confidential. We will not ask you for your password, except for purposes of you logging in on our login facility.

You may instruct us to provide you with any personal information we hold about you upon receipt of a written request and payment of a fee as per the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000. 10.1. How can you remove your name /email address for the Greenleaf mailing list? If you want to be removed from our mailing list, please send an email (the email as per our records) to [email protected] with the words ‘UNSUBSCRIBE’ in the subject line. Please note that it may take up to 20 days to action your request. In addition, each electronic mailing we send you will contain details of how you can unsubscribe;
